About College
Established in 1997, Katuri medical college is promoted by Vignan Educational Foundation. The college is affiliated with the NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, and is also associated with the International Medical and Technological University.
The Katuri medical college aim is to promote the best medical education to the students and produce doctors with global standards. Currently, KMC is collaborating with international medical companies, hospitals, institutes and successfully delivering innovative technologies. Katuri Medical College is focused on meeting the health needs of society locally and globally.
The university offers B.Sc. Nursing, MBBS at the undergraduate level and Diploma, M.Sc. Nursing, MS, and MD courses at the postgraduate level.

Admission procedure
Step 1: The admission process is simple; the first step is to qualify for the NEET examination.
Step 2: The candidates must register online at Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences for the counselling process and choose the colleges they want to join.
Step 3: After counselling, candidates can apply at the college website by filling out the admission application form and submitting the fees. The college will allot seats and perform document verification. Eligible and selected candidates are required to pay fees to start their education at KMC college.
Notes:
- 150 MBBS seats are reserved for 50% State Quota and the remaining 50% for Management and NRI Quota.
- The seats will be offered through counselling based on the NEET Score/Rank, college preferences, and seat availability.

Scholarship Program
Students are eligible for various government, non-government, industry-sponsored, or alumni-sponsored scholarships and financial aid through Katuri Medical college. However, applicants must meet the eligibility criteria set by the university to qualify for scholarships.
KMC has a scholarship program named Jhanabhumi Scholarship under the AP EPASS Scholarship. To avail of the scholarship, the candidate must have obtained 80% marks in class 12th, and the annual income should not exceed 1 lakh.
