  • Minimum qualification:
    • Any examination equivalent to HSC / (10+2) examination of any recognized Board/University after 12 years of study with 50% in the PCB group in the same examinations.
    • For candidates belonging to Schedule Castes / Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward Classes, the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology will be 40%.
    Entrance exam:
    • Appearance and qualification of the NEET are necessary for admission to the first year of the MBBS course.
    Age criteria:
    • The candidate’s minimum age should be 17 years of age on 31st Dec, the year in which admission is sought.

  • The Eligible candidates must have qualified and secured minimum percentile in NEET UG.
  • The candidate should have passed Intermediate (10+2 pattern) or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology) / Biotechnology and English as a compulsory subject. OC candidates should obtain not less than 50% marks (40% in the case of BC/SC/ST and 45% in OC PH) in science subjects.
  • The candidate should have completed 17 years of age to be eligible for admission into MBBS Courses.

Admission procedure

  • Step 1: Candidates are required to register for the NEET UG exam at and qualify for the exam.

    Step 2: Qualified candidates need to participate in common counselling for admission to MBBS Courses in all Medical Education Institutions, and they will be allotted seats.

    Step 3: Candidates allotted seats through counselling need to visit the college with their allotment letter and get their admission confirmation letter.

    • The State shall conduct the counselling for all admission to MBBS Course, and such Common Counselling shall be under the overall superintendence, direction, and control of the State.
    • There will be no UG admission being done at the college level. All admission will be made by the Commissionerate Common Entrance Test Cell, Mumbai.
