AIAPGET stands for All India AYUSH Post Graduate Entrance Test which is a single entrance examination for admission to Postgraduate AYUSH Courses. For admission to MD / MS / PG DIPLOMA Courses all India and State quota seats are in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha & Homeopathy system of medicine for all AYUSH Colleges, Institutions & Universities/ Deemed Universities across the country.
PG in Ayurveda for All India States/Union Territories Quota Seats and Private AYUSH Colleges/ Institutes/ Universities/Deemed Universities.All India reservation policy and guidelines applicable in different States / Union Territories of India will be followed for their respective All India / State /Union territory quota seats. Each seat owner whether All India or State Quota or Private Universities or Institutions they continue to prepare their merit list based on applicable Regulation and/or their eligibility criteria. The role of AIIA/MoA is to provide the data of candidates and their results without applying the reservation prevalent in the All India States/Union territories of India/ Private AYUSH Colleges/Institutes/Universities/ Deemed Universities.
In India, the Medicinae Doctor (Ayurveda) or Ayurveda Vachaspati is a three-year master’s course. In India, the MD PG course is offered in many ayurvedic Govt & Pvt medical colleges. To the MD PG course, the selection is generally done by a competitive written entrance examination AACCC.
