About College
Pushpagiri Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre PIMS&RC is one of the first private medical colleges in Kerala, started in 2002. The college was established with the mission ‘to work towards a Knowledge Society with life in abundance, through science and technology, improving health care for the community and the world at large.’
The medical institute is affiliated with the Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur, Kerala, and has permission to grant admission to 100 MBBS students for 2021-2022. Besides that, the college is attached to the Pushpagiri Medical College Hospital, having 763 teaching beds. The hospital is under the administrative control of the Medical College.
PIMS&RC campus also conducts a student mentoring programme that prepares students for academic success and emotional well-being. Further, the college has the following campus facilities:

Qualification:

Admission procedure
Step 1: Candidates can visit the official portal of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, https://cee-kerala.org/, and register themselves for NEET Kerala State Counselling.
Step 2: At the time of counselling, the students must choose the courses and colleges of their preference and lock in the preferences at the online portal.
Sep 3: The seat allotment status will be published online based on the availability of vacancies and the candidate’s choices.
Step 4: If you get the seat in the first round, you will be required to either reject the allotted seat or report to the allotted college and complete the admission formalities.
Step 5: Those who didn’t get the seat allotment have to complete the registration process and perform Fresh Choice Filling and Locking for the second round.
