About College
Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, former President of India, laid the foundation of the Radha Devi Jageshwari Memorial Medical College and Hospital at Muzaffarpur. The medical college was established to provide modern healthcare facilities for the underprivileged. Besides that, the college is also focused on creating a solid academic & research environment for medical as well as allied health science students.
Radha Devi Jageshwari Memorial Medical College is affiliated with Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna, and is permitted by NMC to renew 150 seats for the AY 2022-23. The medical college was honoured with a national award by the President of India under the best Institution category in 2004.
The memorial medical college has an inbuilt 350 bedded hospital, i.e., RDJM Medical College & Hospital, to provide training to the students. Presently, the college offers degree courses in medical education (MBBS).

Admission procedure
Step 1: Candidates need to pass NEET and submit an application online on the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) portal www.bceceboard.bihar.gov.in
Step 2: After online registration, candidates have to appear in counselling conducted by the Bihar government. During counselling, candidates will be selected for the allotment of seats.
Note: College will be allotted to the students as per their merit cum choice basis.
Step 3: Shortlisted and selected candidates shall report to the institute, along with all original documents and certificates as required.
