RKDF Medical college hospital and research centre was established in 2014, with the admission of 150 students for the MBBS course. The RKDF group of institutions is managed by the RKDF education society, one of the largest organizations in the field of education in the state of Madhya Pradesh.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The candidate must be of 17 years of age at the time of MBBS admission in India.

  • The medical candidate needs to score 50% marks in 12th grade for general category students. Reserved category candidates must achieve a minimum of 40%.
  • A medical candidate must have the primary subjects in 12th grade: Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
  • NEET is mandatory with the required percentile.

Documents required

In order to be admitted, you first need to take and qualify for the National ELIGIBILITY CUM ENTRANCE TEST (NEET). Those qualifying for the NEET exam must apply for online counselling at dme.mponline.gov.in.

This test is designed to measure your ability to think critically and solve problems. It is also used to assess your knowledge of the basic sciences.

If you pass the NEET, you will then be invited to the Counselling process with the admissions committee. It is also used to determine your suitability for a career in medicine.

After successfully passing the interview, you will then be offered a place in medical school.

Note: All admissions are done by DMER (Directorate of Medical Education & Research), Ministry of Health Education, Madhya Pradesh, as per the guidelines of NMC(National Medical Council) through the NEET-UG exam.

Admission procedure

  • The candidates who have qualified NEET UG and want to study at Fathima Institute of Medical sciences have to register online at Dr NTR University of Health Sciences website.
  • After qualifying for the entrance exam, the university issues a merit list, counselling date and other details that can be accessed from Dr NTR UHS website.
  • Check the counselling merit list; if your name appears, submit the admission application form, documents and fees at the college website.
