In 1995, the Santosh Medical College and Hospitals came up as one of the top institutions in India that emphasises on innovative teaching methods. The institute is affiliated with Santosh University and permitted an increase of seats from 100 to 150 for 2021-22.

The MBBS course duration is 5½ years, i.e. 4½ + one-year Compulsory Rotatory Medical Internship [CRMI].Seat intake:

Education Qualification:
Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board, Council or University. They must have passed the subject of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually with a minimum of 50% (40% in case of SC/ST/OBC) marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology taken together.Age:
The candidates must attain the minimum age of 17 years on or before 31st December (the year candidates seek admission).Entrance exam:

Admission procedure
Step 1: Candidates’ names appearing in the NEET UG merit list are only eligible for admission at Santosh Medical College and Hospital, Ghaziabad, through Central Government Counseling conducted by DGHS for Deemed Universities at www.mcc.nic.in
Step 2: Select Medical Counselling from UG/PG accordingly
Step 3: Register by Paying DGHS announced Deemed University Counselling Refundable Security along with the registration fees.

Santosh deemed to be University is registered under the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for counselling.
A candidate has to deposit a total Fee of Rs. 24,40,000 at the time of admission for the MBBS course.
Students need to pay Non-Refundable Registration fee of Rs.5,000 and Refundable Tuition Fee of Rs.2,00,000 at the time of registration.
Santosh Medical College offers only undergraduate MBBS and BDS degrees and postgraduate MD, MS, M.Sc. and MDS in various specialisations.
