Shri Ram Murti Smark Institute of Medical Sciences (SRMS IMS) was established in 2005 by Shri Ram Murti Smark Trust under the guiding principles of Shri Dev Murti Ji, Managing Trustee and founder.

The medical college is affiliated with M J P Rohilkhand University and granted permission for the renewal of 100-150 seats for the academic year 2022-23. Today, Shri Rammurti Smarak Institute of Medical Science is one of the leading institutions in the field of Medical Care, Education & Research. The Institute also has an associated multi super speciality teaching Hospital equipped with 950 beds.

SRMS IMS offers Undergraduate medical education, i.e. MBBS Programme and Postgraduate (M.D./M.S.) in Pre, Para and Clinical Subjects.
