MBBS admissions in Delhi begin in the month of October. For Delhi MBBS the admissions will be handled by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on behalf of the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC). In Delhi total 660 seats for MBBS and 50 seats for BDS. If we talk about DU MBBS admission will be held for both 15% All India Quota (AIQ) and 85% state quota seats. By Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) it is conducted on behalf of the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC). The cut-off for NEET is also released by NTA and medical aspirants looking forward to Delhi MBBS admission must have to clear this cut-off. For admission, the state MBBS merit list will also be released .
If we talk about the NEET entrance exam it is organized by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and is a national level entrance exam. It contains 180 multiple-choice questions. The duration of the NEET entrance exam is about 3 hours. The process of admission is divided into the following stages:-

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR DELHI MBBS ADMISSION
Students have to pass class 12 and qualifying for NEET 2022 is a must for medical aspirants who seek admission in Delhi MBBS and BDS courses.
In class 12th Biology, Physics, Chemistry, and English must have been part of the curriculum of the student for him/her to be eligible for Delhi MBBS courses.
Students have to secure the minimum aggregate marks as per their category i.e. 50% for general candidates, 45% for PH students belonging to the general category, and 40% for reserved category candidates.
Nativity/ Domicile Holders: Students will have passed class 12 from schools situated in Delhi NCR if they seek admission under the 85% state quota. In class 12 the board of education must have been CBSE, ICSE, or JMI.
In the 12th exam students must have qualified/appear under the 10+2 system through CBSE/Indian School Certificate Examination (ISCE)/Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), New Delhi, or any equivalent exam from any recognised school located in Delhi’s National Capital Territory (NCT).
For DU MBBS admission medical candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) or Pratachar Vidyalaya will be eligible.
If we talk about sitting for the NEET exam, general applicants must have at least a 50 percent grade point average in Class 12, while SC/ST/OBC candidates must have a 40 percent grade point average.
Students whose applications are accepted will be placed on the DU MBBS
merit list. Based on the results of the NEET UG entrance exam the DU NEET merit list will be compiled. Counseling for each round merit list will be released separately. The allotment of seat list published by MCC is considered the NEET merit list, which will include the All India Rank (AIR), category, colleges, and other details. For counseling process shortlisted candidates from the DU MBBS merit list will be invited
DELHI MBBS ADMISSION APPLICATION PROCESS
1. Registration: For Delhi MBBS admission to register will have to provide their contact details and NEET details to register. Students need to agree to the terms and conditions of Delhi MBBS and BDS admissions to register for the choice filling, locking, and counseling process.
2. Personal Details: Students after agreeing to the terms, candidates will have to provide personal, academic details, and security questions to submit and start the procedure. In the Delhi MBBS, the details filled must be the same as the details of the candidate in the NEET form. By clicking on the ‘confirm registration’ button students can then confirm their participation.
3. Choice Filling: After the completion of the Delhi MBBS registration procedure successfully, candidates will be able to see the colleges available. Students can select from these colleges and their preferred courses as seats will be allocated to them as per their choice list.
4. Payment of Application Fees: After completing the above steps successfully. Students will have to pay the Delhi MBBS application fees to confirm their participation.
