🔹 What is MD/MS Ayurveda? 


MD (Ayurveda) and MS (Ayurveda) are postgraduate degree programs in Ayurvedic medicine, focusing on specialized fields of Ayurveda. These degrees are pursued after completing a BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) degree. 


  • MD Ayurveda involves advanced studies in Ayurvedic medicine and various therapies related to internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, etc. 
  • MS Ayurveda primarily focuses on surgical branches like Shalya Tantra (General Surgery), Shalakya Tantra (ENT and Ophthalmology), etc. 

 


✅ MD/MS Ayurveda Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Marks  Minimum 50% aggregate marks in BAMS

Internship  Completion of 1-year mandatory internship after BAMS
